Departures and arrivals
In the really high season, the arrive are only on Saturdays.
In periods of high, medium and low season the arrivals can also be expected on other days of the week (minimum 4 nights, prices on request).
CHECK IN: from 4 pm to 8 pm
CHECK OUT: before 9.00 am
For arrivals scheduled after 8.00 pm, please advise in advance, the owner can request a surcharge.
Confirmation
A deposit from 30% to 50% of the amount of the booked is required to guarantee the reservation. Upon arrival of the deposit you will receive the final confirmation of the reservation. Failure to receive the deposit within 5 days from our e-mail of availability involves the dissolution of the reserve obligation of the apartment.
No refund is due to the customer who decides to interrupt a stay already undertaken.
